Term 3 - End of Term
Principal's Weekly Update

Dear Families
Mercy Melodies
This morning we concluded the term with our annual Mercy Melodies singing competition. In the end it was a very close contest with Yr 3 taking out the title of 2024 Champions.
End of term
On behalf of our staff, I would like to thank all families for their continued support in making St Joseph’s the best school it can be. I would also like to take this opportunity to publicly thank all of the staff who work so hard - Teachers, Learning Teaching Aides, School Officers and Tuckshop staff. I believe we have an amazing staff and are very lucky to have such dedicated people at our school.
Finally, I would like to wish you all a wonderful break and look forward to seeing you back in Term 4 which starts on Monday 30th September.
With Christ We Live, Love and Learn
James Roberts

Resources For Students and Parents
The recent decision regarding Student iPads staying at school, presents an opportunity. We would like to encourage all students and parents to download the SORA and ClickView apps on their personal and mobile devices.
SORA works beautifully on mobile devices, as does ClickView
- The apps can be found in Playstore for android devices OR the Apple store for apple devices.
- Both apps will need to be signed into for the first login only, requiring username and password.
- This login process is what will provide students and parents secure access to the apps.
- This also means that correct audience levels will be applied, ensuring that only appropriate content can be accessed by students, Eg. if SORA is downloaded onto a parents phone, using a prep students username/password, the parent will still only access the content appropriate for the prep students.
- Both apps also have options to download content when Wifi is available, for access to content when offline. A fabulous and equitable feature for students without data on their mobile device or reliable WiFi at home ... and fantastic for plane trips!
