Dear Families
STOP DROP GO
A reminder to all families not to queue in Loeven St and around the corner into Draper St. If the Stop, Drop and Go is full please look to park nearby and pick up or alternatively to circle until there is availability.
Additionally please remember that children can be unpredictable around roads. Can I please ask that you are mindful of your speed; refrain from making or taking phone calls (handsfree or otherwise) while in Loeven St during drop off and pick up times; finally can you please be attentive to families crossing the street who have parked to pick up their child
Save the Date - JCC School Fete
A significant event that will bring us together this term will be the JCC School Fete on Friday August the 30th. It promises to be a great event and I hope to see you there.

Next week we will celebrate Catholic Education Week with many events to mark the occasion. It is a highlight on our school calendar and will start with the Opening Mass at the Cathedral on Monday morning with myself and student representatives from St Joseph’s attending.
Ordination of Bishop-Elect Joe Caddy
It has been a number of years since we have had a bishop and the ordination of Bishop-Elect Joe Caddy will be an enormous celebration for the diocese. It will be held at the Cathedral at 6pm on the 15th August with all seats already allocated. There will be satellite sites around the diocese where the event will be live-streamed to and allow parishioners to join in the celebration. There will be more information to come in the coming weeks.
